Lovely, modern hotel. Unfortunately our toilet wouldn't flush and kept trickling water all night which was annoying but we put up with it rather than having to swap rooms once we had already unpacked and settled in. Great selection and very tasty breakfast but we did have to find a waiter and ask for glasses, cutlery and pot of tea.

Just stayed in Raddison Blu Glasgow for a week and was really happy with the customer service in the hotel. Special thanks to Steven, apparently longest serving hotel employee, who at many times helped us with things which he obviously wasn't responsible for. He made our stay extra special so many thanks. .
